THIS ISN'T WORKING

A conference about finding joy in work

THIS ISN'T WORKING

Nearly 600,000 people in Belgium have been away from work for over a year, many of them because of burnout. Clearly, something isn't working. On the other hand, some people say, "This isn't working, this is my joy!" How can people experience work as joy? What resources does the Christian faith bring to our work life?

Who Should Attend?

Do you work? You should attend. Do you hope to work in the future? You should also attend. Do you have people who work for you? Do you know people who struggle with their work?

The conference will be helpful and interesting for all those who work, and for all those who care about those who work: employees, employers, mental health professionals, pastors, teachers...

What You Will Gain

In this conference we aim to bring you hope and inspiration. Our expert speakers, breakout workshop sessions, and spotlight videos will bring viewpoints that can change the way you think and feel about work. We want to help every person find meaning and joy in their work.

We also aim to help Christians bring meaning and joy into their workplace for the sake of their coworkers, customers, and the world.

Building Resilience, Community & Hope in the Workplace

In Belgium, many workers face increasing pressure, rapid change, and emotional strain. This conference aims to bring together those who work, whether they are employees, leaders, HR professionals, or caregivers to explore practical ways to strengthen mental wellbeing at work, rooted in compassion, evidence-based insights, and in faith as part of a spirit of community.

We believe that every person is created with dignity, loved by God, and invited into a journey of hope. We welcome people from all backgrounds, with questions, doubts, and different perspectives, and we seek to build a community marked by compassion, respect, and integrity.
